The villa is a gem for sailing enthusiasts and history lovers in 80 km from Berlin in a picturesque area with a tumultuous past, never ceasing to amaze guests.
There is definitely something to people travelling by water - they always get special treatment.
It is always nice to be surprised by the hotelier, especially if the location is off the beaten track:
|⭐||With a well-kept ambience that has absolutely metropolitan character;|
|⭐||Generous rooms with a charming view;|
|⭐||Quality aspiration reflected in every detail, starting with a front desk;|
|⭐||Boat trip, which is a blast!|
|⭐||Mediterranean accents in dishes cooked with fresh local produce.|
What to do on a vacation
Villa Ingeborg was built in 1905 in the water town of Fürstenberg in between lakes Röblin, Baalen and Schwedtsee.
Attention: the boats are driving license-free and are ideal for comfortable or sporty sailing across the lake for 1-6 people. Booking a hotel and a boat for 3 hours you get 10% discount on the boat!
Do you still wonder why the hotel has three chic pleasure boats?
Thanks to the cleanliness of the waters there is abundance of fish. If you want to cast the rod, you need a fishing license. If you want to fish only in Friedfische in Brandenburg, a fishing pass is enough.
After an eventful day outdoors it’s a bliss to relax in the sauna, which is quite spacious. Bathrobe and bathing shoes as well as fluffy towels are at your disposal.
What to eat
Mediterranean diet is one more pleasant surprise of this exceptional family-run hotel. Italian cuisine is the owner’s soft spot, so you can’t help noticing it in breakfast, which is served in a conservatory with a sun terrace.
The hotel offers nine individually furnished and decorated rooms, one of which is a family room, and a spacious apartment in the "guard house" for up to four people. All rooms are quiet, looking out over the gorgeous landscaped park, all can boast individual stylish decor and modern conveniences.
The old villa was extensively renovated in 2012 and offers all the luxury one desires in a stunning environment with healthy food and recreational boat trips.
