A short vacation at the Mosel

The vast expanses of the Mosel River Valley, especially the terrain between Trier and Koblenz, attracts wine lovers and nature enthusiasts from all over the world. There are many exciting places in the Mosel Valley such as medieval castles, historic sites, monasteries, and unique old buildings. The towns of Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Cochem, Piesport, Neumagen and Zell and the villages of Alken and Kobern-Gondorf are also worth visiting.
