How to set up Meal Types for Room Rates
If meals are provided at your hotel, specify their types and the time frames when they are served. With the help of our Property Management Software, you can create maximum convenience for your guests.
- In the menu on the left, select the Room Rates Module, and then go to the Meals tab.
- From the drop-down list, select the answer “Yes” to the question “Is it possible to book meal options with a room?”, and then click the “Save” button.
- Fill in the data in the following fields:
- board;
- price;
- VAT;
- Article number (if necessary).
- To add other types of food, click on the "+" button and fill in the fields.
- In the Timetable section, you can specify the restaurant’s start and end times for each type of food.
- Click the "Save" button.
