How to submit a ticket to the HotelFriend’s Customer Care
Support ticket allows customers to ask anything about the company or system and resolve any related issue that may arise. It stores all the messages from the customer and support agent in one place.
If you have any questions and need assistance, contact the HotelFriend Support team via Ticket Support available in your account.
Here is how to do that:
- Go to the “Settings” module on the left-side menu.
- Fill out the form and submit your request.
