How can stadium visitors get started with this app?
To get started with the application, stadium visitors just need to scan the QR code and download the application to their smartphones. They do not need to register, as after downloading, users will immediately be able to buy tickets for matches, place orders, and pay for them instantly.
What devices is the Stadium Concierge App compatible with?
Our app is compatible with any portable device and such mobile operating systems as Android or iOS.
Could the visitors use Apple Pay or Google Pay on-site?
Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for any establishment that is connected to Stripe. Guests can pay with these payment methods via our app.
How to create an invoice?
Please go to the Accounting module and find the “Invoices” tab to create an invoice. Here, you need to enter guest details, services, or items and select the payment type.
How do I set up the digital menu?
To set up the Digital Menu, you need to import services from our library. You can customize them with full HD pictures and add descriptions if necessary.
Then, choose the preferred services from the catalog to generate respective QR codes for the promo leaflet with pictures and prices – a Digital Menu. You can either print it and or place it on social media. And you are all set!
Do you support special offers and discounts?
Yes, you can create and manage special offers and place them on the menu. Your guests will be notified about the new discounts and deals with the push notifications.
How will my staff receive orders?
With the Order Management System, you will be notified of new orders in the system as soon as the guest submits the order. You will be able to confirm or reject these requests, as well as change the status to “Completed”.
Does your chat provide automatic support 24/7? Can it function as a chatbot?
Only direct communication with your staff is possible in our chat. Therefore round-the-clock support is only possible if your employees work both day and night shifts.
Can I create in-app push notifications for guests in the Concierge app?
Sure! You can send notifications to your guests, telling them of special offers, discounts, or other important information. The notification will appear both in the mobile app and on the screen of the mobile device.
To create an in-app push notification, please, enter the Communications module and select In-app Push in Folders. After that, press the Create Push button, fill in all the data necessary for the notification and hit the Create button to save changes.
