The distribution of the developed products is organized in the Hotelfriend Service GmbH, which has been located in downtown Leipzig since 2017.
What are your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant?
— You are an expert on our hotel software who identifies the target groups and provides accurate advice on our products and services to customers;
— You work with new customers, identify potential upgrade options for existing customers, and advise them accordingly;
— You support new customers with onboarding and conduct training courses;
— You create offers and conclude contracts, maintain, support, and expand the customer base;
— You analyze data to improve sales processes and strategies.
What are the qualities of an ideal candidate?
— A positive attitude and the right motivation to overcome challenges and keep even the most difficult clients happy;
— Sales and negotiation skills;
— A high level of initiative, independence, and careful working approach;
— The ability to sell software-as-a-service solutions;
— Interest in the IT industry and an affinity for technology;
— A high level of written and spoken German and English.
