Sales manager

Required skills:

— Experience in selling IT services in the Western markets is a must;

— Fluent English;

— Knowledge of software development process, modern technologies, project management methodologies and current trends;

— Strong analytical skills;

— High learning abilities.

 

Responsibilities:

— Prospect for potential new clients;

— Contacting prospects generated by the marketing team, identifying the opportunities and initiating new business with them;

— Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and current clients;

— Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM;

— Participate in pricing the solution/prepare sales materials and proposals;

— Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;;

— Handling negotiations and closing the deals;

— Develop and maintain potential client database;

— Define strategy and achieve sales targets.
