How to leave daily comments on the Front Desk

Daily comments on the Front Desk provide a convenient way to add important notes or reminders for specific days in the booking calendar. Whether it's a special request from a guest, a reminder about maintenance tasks, or any other noteworthy information, you can easily add it to the Front Desk.

  1. In Daily Operations, select the “Front Desk” module on the left menu.
  2. Click on any day in the booking Calendar.
  3. In Daily Operations, select the “Front Desk” module on the left menu.

  4. Leave your note for a particular day and click Add Comment to save the note.

  6. Once you’ve added a comment it will be highlighted with a red icon.

  8. If you click on the red icon mentioned in Step 4 you can also modify or remove your comment.

  10. Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking Add Comment.
