How to Add a Custom Payment Method in HotelFriend

Offering multiple payment options is crucial to provide a seamless checkout for your guests. In the HotelFriend system, you can add custom payment methods to give your customers more flexibility when paying for their bookings and orders.

To add a custom payment method that will be displayed in the guest invoice, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings module, select General, and go to the Custom Options tab.

  3. Scroll down to find the Custom fields for Payments block.
  4. Scroll down to find the Custom fields for Payments block.

  6. Review the information and click on the Save button.

  8. Your custom payment method will now be available in the Payment Method dropdown list when creating an invoice for the guest. Simply select the new payment method and it will be featured in the invoice.
