The F&B Management Report (Invoiced) covers four different periods. The hotelier can choose the period to analyze based on the following options:
- The day selected by the hotelier in the calendar.
- The month that corresponds to the selected day.
- From the beginning of the year until the selected day.
- The last year.
The data featured in the report include information about booked and billed services for each department and category of services. Here is what’s included:
- The number of orders per period.
- The number of guests per period.
- The average revenue generated per guest in the hotel’s preferred currency.
- The total revenue generated by the department per chosen period.
- The ratio of profit of the current year with the previous one in %.
- The total number of orders, guests, and revenues for the current and previous years.
Graphical display of performance growth or decline
The report displays the percentage of growth or decline in the “Trend” column so you can easily see how your F&B departments are performing in comparison to the previous year. The system uses green up arrows and red down arrows to make growth and decline tendencies easier to spot.
