How to create welcome PDF
The Welcome PDF is a convenient way to introduce your guests to the services and amenities available at your hotel.
With the help of Service Management, you can create a document, add QR codes for the purchase of certain services and print it in a few clicks. Here is how to do this step by step:
- Go to the Documents module.
- Select Welcome PDF tab.
- At the top right corner click on Create welcome PDF button.
- Select language, theme (dark or light) and Paper size.
- Click on Create button.
After creation you can download this document and give it to your guest.
