How to set up an Automation module
With the Automation module, you can automate certain processes in your property. For example, you can set up an automated welcome email workflow such as sending a welcome email to the guest or receiving a welcome email about your services booking.
To set up automation, you should:
- In the menu on the left, select Settings and go to the Automation module.
- Enable toggles to automate the processes you are interested in. To set up additional parameters for some processes, click on the “Edit” button and select the time frame for sending the email.
- To send us a request for other automation processes, click on the “Add Custom Rule” button, describe your request, and send it to us.
