Billing and Subscription Management

Hoteliers can manage their subscription and track information on contracts and payments in the Billing module. To open it, you need to click on Settings in the left menu and select the Billing module here.

Billing overview

The Overview tab displays general information concerning bills and Payment history and is divided into 4 sections:

Bill estimate displays the price of the tariff plan (including tax) and the date of your next payment. After you click on the “View full estimate” button, the system will redirect you to the subscription management tab.

Billing details

  • To add a convenient online payment method, you must click on the Add Payment Method button. In the new window, you should fill in such credit card details as card number, expiration date, CVC code, contact details, and an email. Do not forget to save this information by clicking on the "Ok" button.
  • To make a payment for the subsequent period, you must click on the “Pay Now” button, select a convenient online payment method, and then click on the “Pay Now” again to confirm the payment.

Billing details

Payment history displays the date and the amount of the last 3 payments. After clicking on the “View full history” button, you will be redirected to the Payment history tab, which displays more detailed information on payments.

Billing contact displays contact details. To change the contact details, you must click on the Edit button and correct the data in the “contact person” and “email” fields. After that, you must save the information by clicking on the Save button.
