How to set a Cancellation policy for Packages & Arrangements

This article explains how to select a cancellation policy for your packages and arrangements in HotelFriend. You can assign a suitable cancellation policy directly while creating or editing a package. This makes the process easier and offers greater flexibility in managing your deals.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to select a cancellation policy for a package:

  1. Navigate to the Arrangements section.
  2. Click on the Packages tab.
  3. Select the desired package from the list or use the search bar to locate it quickly.
  4. Click on the three dots next to the package and choose Edit.
  5. Click on the three dots next to the package and choose Edit.

  6. In the Cancellation policy field, select the appropriate policy from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
  8. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: All cancellation policies available in the drop-down menu are pulled from the Room Rates module under the Cancellations & Prepayments tab.
