How to setup and create AVS Meldeschein Report
The AVS Meldeschein system is designed to bill guests for SPA and amenities, collect guest data, and provide a wide range of statistics, including overnight stays, postal codes, and categories. This internet-based system reports overnight stays to the municipality, settles the spa tax with accommodation providers, and issues guest cards. The AVS acts as the data processor for municipalities and DMOs.
- Select Reports from the menu on the left.
- Go to the "AVS" tab.
- In the upper right corner, click on the "Settings" button.
- Enter the required data from the AVS system.
- Click the "Save" button.
Setting Up the AVS Meldeschein
Follow these steps to set up the AVS Meldeschein:
- In the Reports module, go to the "AVS Meldeschein" tab.
- Click the "Create Report" button.
- Download the created report to your device by clicking on the formed document.
Creating an AVS Meldeschein Report
Once the setup is complete, follow these steps to create a report:
Important notice: Please note that the system sends data for reservations that have been changed to "Checked-in". Once a report is generated, the data in it cannot be edited, and each subsequent report builds on the completion date of the previous one.
