How to setup and create AVS Meldeschein Report

The AVS Meldeschein system is designed to bill guests for SPA and amenities, collect guest data, and provide a wide range of statistics, including overnight stays, postal codes, and categories. This internet-based system reports overnight stays to the municipality, settles the spa tax with accommodation providers, and issues guest cards. The AVS acts as the data processor for municipalities and DMOs.

    Setting Up the AVS Meldeschein

    Follow these steps to set up the AVS Meldeschein:

  1. Select Reports from the menu on the left.
  2. Go to the "AVS" tab.
  3. In the upper right corner, click on the "Settings" button.

  5. Enter the required data from the AVS system.
  6. Click the "Save" button.

    Creating an AVS Meldeschein Report

    Once the setup is complete, follow these steps to create a report:

  1. In the Reports module, go to the "AVS Meldeschein" tab.
  2. Click the "Create Report" button.

  4. Download the created report to your device by clicking on the formed document.
  5. Important notice: Please note that the system sends data for reservations that have been changed to "Checked-in". Once a report is generated, the data in it cannot be edited, and each subsequent report builds on the completion date of the previous one.
