INTERNORGA (Internationale Leitmesse für Hospitality & Foodservice) is one of Europe's most important meeting points for the hospitality, catering and foodservice industry. Every year in Hamburg, thousands of exhibitors present new products, technology and concepts to decision-makers from hotels, restaurants, bakeries, caterers and retail. In 2027 the fair runs from 12 to 16 March.
