How to use the Housekeeping module

The Housekeeping module is designed for housekeeping staff to improve their performance and communication. Your housekeepers can change cleaning statuses online. The module displays the check-in room status, as well as the comments that were entered in the guest card in the “Note for Housekeeping” field.

Also, the system allows to highlight all room categories on the page and select the cleaning priority in the action menu.

In the Front Desk

  1. In the menu on the left, select the Housekeeping module.
  2. At the top, you can use such filters as Room, Room Type, Housekeeping status, Priority, Floor.
  3. To change the cleaning status, click on the cleaning status and select the actual status in front of the room.
  4. How to use the Housekeeping module

To set the status to close a room for sale due to renovation

  1. Go to the Housekeeping module.
  2. Opposite the room, change the cleaning status of the room to “Out of service”.

  4. In the opened window, check the information. If necessary, you can change the period and add a comment.
  5. Click on the “Save” button.
