How to add company reservation

In the Front Desk or Reservations, you can add company reservations as well as enter information and other important booking parameters. Here is how to do it:

  1. Go to the Front Desk or Reservations module and click on the “Add booking” button in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to the Front Desk or Reservations module and click on the “Add booking” button in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Company Guest in the Guest type field.
  4. In the Company field, from the drop-down list, select the required company with the data that has already been entered into the system. If the company data is not entered in the system, select Add company to create a company with the booking.
  5. Please note that when a discount is configured for a company, the system displays an automatic notification “Apply company discount?” You can apply or cancel the discount.

  6. Indicate all the necessary parameters, select the number of rooms, and add them to the basket by clicking on the “Add” button.
  7. Go to the next step by clicking on the “Next” button.

  9. Enter the details of the company, guest, and other parameters that are important for booking.
  10. Click on the “Next” button.
  11. Click on the “Next” button.

  12. Check the information and click on the “Confirm and book” button.
  13. Check the information and click on the “Confirm and book” button.

    Please note that you can add guests’ orders immediately at this step by clicking on the “Add order” button as well as enter the details of additional guests by clicking on the “Add Guest” button.
