How to cancel your HotelFriend subscription
HotelFriend is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company, which means that we deliver our products over the Internet in exchange for a monthly or yearly charge. A HotelFriend subscription renews automatically unless you unsubscribe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time (but we hope you’ll be back soon). Here is how to do that in three steps:
- Select Settings and go to Billing.
- In Billing, select the Manage subscription tab.
- In the Bill estimate window select Remove Payment method.
Your subscription will be immediately canceled. However, if you want to renew it, all you need to do is to tap Re-activate now!
