How to complete self-check-out easily with HotelFriend Guest App
With the HotelFriend Concierge mobile app, your guests can send a self-check-out request. The self-check-out process is similar to the self-check-in process. In both cases, the guest sends a request which will be displayed in the property management system. The main task of the hotelier is to verify the information about payments for the services and to check out the guests.
Here is how a guest can submit a self-check-out request via the HotelFriend Guest Concierge mobile app
Important: Please, open the HotelFriend Guest Concierge mobile application on your smartphone and log in with the email that was used for booking.
- Go to the My Trips section and open the current booking with the Checked In status.
- Click on the Go to hotel button.
- Click on the Make Self Check-out button.
- Click on the invoice amount.
- In the form that opens, enter your credit card details and click on the Pay Now button.
- After completing the payment, click the Make Self Check-out button once again.
IMPORTANT: If the booking has not been paid before Self Check-out, the system will redirect the guest to the page with an invoice.
