What does a Financial Report include?

A Financial Report includes several components that provide a breakdown of the hotel’s financial data for a certain day or period. Here is what’s included:

  • Rooms, Options, Departments, Services: This section of the report shows information about the room types, departments, and booked services. It is displayed on the left side of the report.
  • Total: The total revenue generated from the booked services, as well as the total revenue generated from the services for each department.
  • Booked: This section displays the amount of revenue from booked services.
  • Invoiced: The amount of revenue from booked services that were added to the invoices.
  • NET: This section displays the amount of revenue excluding tax.
  • VAT: This section displays the tax amount itself.
  • Gross: This section displays the amount of revenue including tax.

The Financial Report is an important feature of the HotelFriend PMS, which provides a detailed overview of all the services booked and billed. By understanding the information displayed in the report, businesses can make informed decisions and optimize their performance.
