How to import Bookings
This feature will be very useful if you transfer your booking data from another system. It is an easy and error-free process with our innovative software.
- Go to "Reservations".
- In the upper right corner, click on the "Import bookings" button.
- Open a file to be imported on your device.
- Check availability of room types and rooms in the system. Create them if needed.
- Click on the "Upload file" button and upload the file with bookings in csv, xls, and xlsx format.
- Compare columns in the file with the type of columns imported into the database.
- Please note that the "First name", "Check in", "Check out", "Room Type", "Price" fields must be filled out.
- Click on the "Import" button.
- Check availability of all bookings in the system.
