How to set up Cancellation Policy

Let your guests know what cancellation policy you have in your hotel. Manage your rates easily in our CRS (central reservation system) to achieve the ultimate sales results.

Cancellation Policy & Prepayment:

  1. Go to "Room Rates".
  2. Go to the "Cancellation Policies" tab.
  3. In the upper right corner click on the button "Add new cancellation policy".

How to set up Cancellation Policy

  1. Write the name in the "Name" field.
  2. In the case of the possibility of a free cancellation:

    • tick the check box "Is there a period when the guest can cancel a reservation without any charge?"select a period from the drop-down list and the amount of the fine when canceling later than the specified period (first night, fixed price,%).

    In the absence of a free cancellation:

    • specify the parameters of the fine (1 night, fixed price,%);
    • fine;
    • choose from the drop-down list the options for the period "when canceled after";
    • choose the size of the penalty from the drop-down list;
    • choose a condition for "no-show".
  3. Click on the "Save" button.
