How to Manage Subscription in the Billing module

The Manage Subscription tab provides an opportunity to control subscriptions and to choose the software of interest on the HotelFriend system.

Subscription Management

In case a hotelier only has access to a limited range of functions, he or she can upgrade to a superior package simply by clicking on the “Upgrade Now” button.

This tab displays the chosen package and the additional information about it. To change the current package, click on the “Change Package” button, select the one that suits best to your needs, and then confirm the new subscription.

Please note that each hotelier receives a discount for an annual subscription.

Apart from that, the Manage Subscription tab displays adjunct products that can be added to an existing one, or that can be removed from the package if necessary. To do this, click on the Add product or Cancel Product buttons and then confirm the action.

The Bill estimate block displays the date of the contract’s commencement, the date of the next billing, and the cost of all products including tax. Here you can subscribe or cancel your subscription. We recommend subscribing for timely payment.

Create Subscription

To subscribe, you must click on the Create Subscription button. In the new window, you need to fill in the card number, expiry date, CVC code, and the contact person's data, and save all information by clicking on the Ok button.
