Enable synchronization across multiple channel managers simultaneously
Our system now supports the simultaneous connection and activation of more than just one channel manager (e.g., WuBook and Channex in parallel). This gives you the flexibility to connect different booking channels via the optimal provider for each without having to switch back and forth between accounts.
How it works & Setup
- Go to the Channel managers item in the menu.
- In the overview, all available channel manager options (like WuBook and Channex) are now listed below each other by default.
- The status and existing connections of your already active channel managers remain fully intact with this update.
- To set up an additional provider, select it and perform the usual room and rate mapping.
Important safety rule against overbookings (Mapping protection)
- Channel lock: If a specific portal (e.g., Booking.com) is already actively connected via Channel Manager A (e.g., WuBook), the system blocks the activation of this exact channel via Channel Manager B (e.g., Channex).
- If you try to assign an already mapped channel twice, you will receive an error message ("Channel X could not be disconnected..." or a warning about the existing connection). This prevents data conflicts and overbookings. However, linking the same room rate to different channels on different channel managers is easily possible.
