As a Business Development Manager at HotelFriend, you play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our innovative hotel management platform. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with high-value clients, and positioning HotelFriend as a trusted technology partner for modern hotels.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. You will analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions that help hotels streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.

● Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.

● Represent HotelFriend at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Your Profile
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech).
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
● Ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear customer value.
● Fluent German (additional languages are a plus).
