You will analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions that help hotels streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel groups and enterprise clients.
● Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the value of HotelFriend solutions.
● Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
● Represent HotelFriend at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Your Profile
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech).
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
● Ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear customer value.
● Fluent German (additional languages are a plus).
