We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own our outbound pipeline and grow our DACH client base. You'll build real relationships with clients — identifying the right companies, reaching the right people, and opening doors for complex, high-value deals.

If you've worked with Western clients before and know how to communicate value in German, this is the role where that experience pays off.

Your responsibilities will include

Build and qualify outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach — primarily DACH market

Research target companies, map decision-makers, and craft personalised outreach

Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads using SPIN/BANT frameworks, and understand client pain points

Schedule and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive / Sales Manager

Maintain CRM with clean, timely data

Collaborate with the founding team to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

Continuously test and iterate on outreach sequences and value propositions

Our requirements

2+ years in B2B SDR / lead generation / outbound sales — in IT services or hospitality

Proven experience working with clients from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — you understand how they think, communicate, and make decisions

Confident German with strong written communication skills

Hands-on experience with outbound tools — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, CRM

Self-directed: you set your own pace and own your numbers
