We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own our outbound pipeline and grow our DACH client base. You'll build real relationships with clients — identifying the right companies, reaching the right people, and opening doors for complex, high-value deals.
If you've worked with Western clients before and know how to communicate value in German, this is the role where that experience pays off.
Your responsibilities will include
● Build and qualify outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach — primarily DACH market
● Research target companies, map decision-makers, and craft personalised outreach
● Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads using SPIN/BANT frameworks, and understand client pain points
● Schedule and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive / Sales Manager
● Maintain CRM with clean, timely data
● Collaborate with the founding team to sharpen messaging and improve conversion
● Continuously test and iterate on outreach sequences and value propositions
Our requirements
● 2+ years in B2B SDR / lead generation / outbound sales — in IT services or hospitality
● Proven experience working with clients from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — you understand how they think, communicate, and make decisions
● Confident German with strong written communication skills
● Hands-on experience with outbound tools — LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, CRM
● Self-directed: you set your own pace and own your numbers
