How to create and filter custom reservation views (tabs)

To optimize the workflow at the front desk or in the back office, you can now create individual, pre-filtered views for your reservations module in the system. Instead of manually setting filters every time (e.g., for today's arrivals or departures), you define these views once as separate sub-tabs.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Settings in the reservation menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Tabs settings section below Custom colors for Reservation statuses.
  3. Click on the Create tab button.
  4. A side panel will open. Enter a Name (e.g., "Today's Arrivals") and a Description.

Note: The description will be displayed when you hover over the tab with your mouse later.
  5. Select the Type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Bookings for regular bookings).
  6. Use the Filter options to customize the view:
    • Relative Date: Flexibly set the check-in or check-out date to "Today", "Tomorrow", or a specific period. The view updates automatically on subsequent days.
    • Status & Source: Filter specifically by status (e.g., Confirmed, Due In) or by specific booking channels.
    • Column configuration (Columns): In the lower area, use the checkboxes to determine which table columns should be visible in this view.
  7. Click on Save.

The new view will now appear as a separate tab directly at the top of your reservations module, next to the standard overview. You can edit or delete these custom tabs in the settings at any time (with the exception of the default standard tab).
