Efficient room cleaning: Filtering with multiple selection
For hotel admins and the front desk, the room and housekeeping overview has been made significantly more flexible. From now on, you no longer have to apply and reset filters individually – thanks to the new multi-select function, you can select multiple criteria in the filters simultaneously.
Application in Housekeeping
- Open the Housekeeping -> Room overview view.
- Click on the filter dropdowns in the top row (e.g., room type, housekeeping status, or reservation status).
- Use the checkboxes to select multiple options simultaneously (e.g., filter by room type "Suite" and "Double room" at the same time, combined with the cleaning status "Dirty" and "In inspection").
- The table adapts immediately and provides you with a tailored overall overview of the current hotel status.
Your benefit
This function saves time during the daily scheduling of cleaning staff. You can see all relevant room groups at a glance without having to call up the filters for each room type or status individually.
