How to extend or cut the Reservation
Edit reservations - shorten or prolong the time - easily in our PMS system. You can apply this function only for future reservations or for those guests who are currently staying at the hotel.
You can apply the function of cutting or extending the reservation only for future reservations or for those guests who currently live in the hotel.
To extend the reservation:
- In the menu on the left, select “Front Desk”.
- Place the cursor on the last day of the reservation you want to extend, wait until the double arrow appears, then hold down the left mouse button and pull the reservation for the required number of days.
- In the window that opens, we see a guest check-out date, the number of nights added to the reservation, the price added to the reservation, and the total new price.
- Here you can change all the necessary information, for example, amount of people (adults/children), room type, room number, rate, board. After that click on the button “Change”.
The same way you can cut the reservation.
NB! When you cut the reservation, you can not set the guest's check out date other than today.
