How to modify reservation dates

Sometimes, plans change, and reservation dates need to be adjusted accordingly. If you've already created a reservation but need to change the check-in or check-out dates, HotelFriend's system allows you to do so seamlessly.

Follow the steps outlined below to modify reservation dates in minutes:

  1. On the left-hand menu, locate and select the "Reservations" module.
  2. Click on the checkbox next to the reservation you wish to modify.
  3. On the left-hand menu, locate and select the Reservations module. Click on the checkbox next to the reservation you wish to modify.

  4. Once the reservation is selected, a quick action menu will appear near the main checkbox. In this menu, click on the option labeled "Change reservation dates".

  6. A new window will pop up, providing you with the option to modify the check-in and check-out dates. Select the new dates and click "Confirm".

    To ensure that your changes have been successfully applied, refresh the page. The updated information, including the modified dates, should now be displayed accurately.

Important: Please keep in mind that the ability to modify reservation dates is applicable only to reservations that haven't been paid for yet. If a reservation has already been paid, any changes would require a refund process initiated from the guest's profile. Only after the refund has been processed can you proceed to update the reservation dates..
