How to remove a reservation from a Group booking
A Group booking is a total booking that includes all reservations made for the members of the group of people traveling together. There might be a case when you need to remove a certain reservation from the group.
Here is how to do that in four quick steps:
- In the menu on the left, select Reservations and go to Groups.
- Select the group booking that you want to make changes to.
- Select the reservations that you want to remove from the group by marking the checkboxes near them.
- Use the quick action menu and select Separate reservation from the group.
The reservations that you removed from the group will be displayed as separate bookings in the system.
