How to set up a general hotel info
Before you can start managing reservations and daily tasks, it’s important to set up basic information about your hotel. These details are used across many key features of the system, from online bookings to guest communication, so make sure everything is complete and up to date.
- Go to Settings > Property.
- Select the General section.
- In the General tab, fill in the following information in the General Info section:
- Name of the hotel (this will be displayed on invoices and in guest communication)
- Rating (select the corresponding star category)
- Currency (choose your default currency if it’s not set yet)
- Address (make sure it’s correct so the location appears accurately on the map)
- Time zone (select if it’s not chosen yet)
- In the Wi-Fi section, add the credentials:
- Name of network (SSID)
- Wi-Fi password
- Click the Save button to apply your changes.
