How to set up Restrictions

Let your guests know what restrictions policy you have in your hotel. Manage your rates easily in our Central Reservation System to achieve the ultimate sales results.

Important: OTA systems accept restrictions for a maximum period of 1 year from the current day. Please create restrictions taking into account the period limit, otherwise it will not be displayed on OTA systems.
  1. Go to "Room Rates".
  2. Go to the "Restrictions" tab.
  3. Click on the "Add restrictions" button.
  4. In the calendars, select the period from and the period to.
  5. From the drop-down list pull up the appropriate room rate and room types.
  6. Check the days of the week for which the restriction will apply.
  7. Select the appropriate number of nights for the requests: min stay, min stay arrival and max stay.
  8. From the drop-down list, pull up the necessary status of the function: open, closed, open but no check-in, open no checkout, open but no check-in and no checkout.
  9. Click on the "Save" button.
  10. Go to the HotelFriend website and check the availability of sales numbers in accordance with the restrictions imposed.
