HOW IT WORKS

After writing a message in the work chat, you can convert it into a task by clicking on the “Add reminder” or the bell icon. Specify the title, the date, and set the time for the reminder.

As soon as the reminder is created, the system will send it to the e-mail of a responsible employee on a corresponding day.

The unfinished tasks will be stored in the To-Do tab. As soon as the staff members finish the task, they can close it by simply ticking the checkbox next to it.

The task that is marked as closed automatically goes to the Done tab. It can be returned to the To-Do tab again by removing the tick from the checkbox.
