How to create an order for a guest without a reservation
Online ordering is a convenient and simple process that allows guests to place orders without talking to anyone. Customers can submit all their specifications in detail and pay in advance.
With the Order Management System, it is possible to enter all clients' orders into the system, taken either from those who live in the accommodation or standby guests who place orders for additional services without staying at the hotel. To create an order, you need to set up additional services.
- Select "Orders" from the menu on the left.
- Click on the “Add order” button in the upper right corner.
- Click on the “+” button next to the services of interest.
- Click on the “Next Step” button.
- If the order relates to restaurant services, you need to specify the Bring order to the table checkbox and indicate the table number.
- If the guest has paid for the service instantly, you can indicate the Immediate payment checkbox and select Payment Method from the list. In this case, the status of the payment for services will appear as "Paid" automatically.
- Change the quantity and indicate a custom cost if necessary.
- If the service is ordered for a specific day and time, select the date and time of the service in the Delivery time field and then click on the “Apply” button.
- Click on the “Add items to Order” button to save the order.
Use the search field if necessary.
All orders without specifying a guest are displayed in the order list with the Virtual Guest numbering.
