New features dropped! With our new Loxone integration, your guests can control room temperature from any device. And if your hotel uses smart door locks, they can now unlock their doors directly through My Trips – no keycards needed.

What’s new for hoteliers?

1. Guests can now edit hourly service orders in their carts

Guests who book services that include a resource, such as hourly rentals or appointments (e.g., bike rentals or massages), can now edit those orders directly in their cart.

When entering edit mode, guests are notified that changes are being made to their booking. Within this mode, they can adjust the time of their booking, change the quantity, or modify other service details before proceeding to checkout.

2. Loxone integration for smart heating control

With our new Loxone integration, guests can now control room temperature directly from their My Trips profile. Whether they’re using a smartphone, laptop, room tablet, or a self-service kiosk, they’ll find a new “Smart Room Control” button in the Bookings section.

3. Salto SVN door opening feature in My Trips

We’ve added support for Salto SVN door locks to the My Trips interface. If your hotel uses Salto and has the integration enabled, guests will now see an “Open door” button in their account.

4. Minor fixes and visual improvements

Several small but important improvements have been implemented to optimize usability and performance:

  • ● The cart icon has been improved for better visibility on both desktop and mobile.
  • ● When a guest searches for a service and no results are found, a more appropriate and informative notification is now displayed.
  • ● German translations in the Booking Engine have been corrected for greater accuracy.
  • ● A preloader has been added to the scheduler interface, improving the user experience after a time slot is added to the cart.
  • ● The fast check-in prepayment process has been updated to work more smoothly with the Adyen Drop-in solution.
  • ● The dynamic room view has been improved to offer a more intuitive and efficient browsing experience for guests.
