There are two major communication channels:
- Push notifications.
In the Sent Emails section, you can view the list of emails that were sent both to guests and hotel employees by the system.
In the In-app Push section, you can send notifications to guests via the mobile app. In this way, you can let them know about important events or offers, and provide services while maintaining social distancing.
Push notification contains the title and message itself. You can send the notification to:
- a specific guest, entering his/her name or email in the search field;
- group of guests, depending on the booking status (“Checked In”, “Due in”, “Due out”).
You can also create a push for a precise service, entering its type in the search field. Having generated a push notification, you can check out how it will be displayed on the guest’s smartphone.
