Housekeeper Role
Managing hotel personnel effectively with our hospitality software. Assign housekeeping roles to your employees with different levels of authority.
- Go to the HotelFriend portal using the hotel's employee access.
- For a handy search, you can use the filters: Room, Room Type, Housekeeping Status, Priority, Floor.
- It is possible to change statuses to Clean, Cleaning, Dirty, Out of service for each room.
- Circles beside statuses indicate priority. A red circle means High priority.
