How to add Guest to the Reservations

If you want to add one or more guests to an existing reservation, it is easy to do in our PMS hotelsoftware. Find exactly what you need quickly and make the necessary changes with a few clicks.

  1. In the menu on the left, select the module "Reservations".
  2. Find the reservation you need using the filters above: guests, check-in/check-out date, status, source, verified status.
  3. Click on the reservation to go to the reservation site.
  4. In the window "Guest info", click on the " + Add additional guest" button.
  5. Fill in the fields: surname, name, phone, email
  6. If the guest has been already added to the base, find him in the search field and select.

  7. Click on the "Add" button.
