How to set up a Promo Code for a company
The system allows you to provide Promo Code to companies that make reservations on the hotel's website through the booking button. Follow the steps below to set up a Promo Code for a company:
- Select Guests module from the menu on the left;
- Go to the Companies tab;
- Open the company card by clicking on the company field;
- Enter the code in the “Promo code for Booking Engine” field;
- Click the “Save” button.
It is necessary to copy the Promo code and provide it to the company contact person to use when creating a booking.
