What’s new for hoteliers?
1. Enhanced email correspondence history access for hoteliers
In response to user feedback, we've leaped to enhance your email management experience. Now, in addition to viewing all emails sent in the Communications module, you can conveniently review sent emails within the "E-mails" tab on both the "Guest" and "Reservation" cards. This tab displays emails, excluding confidential information, allowing seamless correspondence tracking.

2. Introducing a new “Correct” action for the Invoices
With a new "Correct" action for invoices, users can modify guest or company information without changing payment data. This action ensures compliance with tax laws and marks corrected invoices within the system.

● Accessible for invoices in statuses Paid, Expected, and Overdue, this feature maintains accurate bookkeeping through distinct records: the original, cancellation, and corrected invoices.

3. More filters on the Group Booking page
Enhanced filters in the Group Booking page now include "Status" and "More" buttons, providing access to additional filters available for regular bookings. Hoteliers can filter group bookings by status, company, room type, and other filters, elevating the booking management efficiency.
4. The “History & Forecast” report has become more user-friendly
The History & Forecast Report has been updated to offer a more user-friendly experience. With graphical representations and improved report blocks, users can easily interpret report results and make informed decisions.
5. Refinements in Deal Management
This update brings even easier navigation to the Deals module:
- ● Deal copying: Sales restrictions are now copied along with the deal, ensuring consistency and saving time.
- ● Improved deal creation form: Improved validation for fields enhances data integrity.
- ● Adults amount validation: Validation checks during deal creation ensure accuracy and compliance.
- ● Active Room Types: The Deals list now only includes active room types, streamlining the deal creation process.
6. Minor fixes and visual improvements:
- ● Room Information language fix: Multilingual support for the "Room Information" works better now.
- ● Additional Guest Custom fields: Display issues for custom fields in the "Add booking" form have been resolved, enhancing the booking process.
