How to add Reservation

Adding a new booking is effortless in our Property Management System. There are a few different ways how to do it:

The first way to add a booking

  1. Go to "Reservations" or "Front Desk".
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the "Add booking" button.

  1. Choose the guest type from the drop-down list (individual guest or company guest).
  2. Select the booking period in the calendar.
  3. Indicate the number of adults and children.
  4. Choose the age of children from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the "Search room" button.
  6. Choose the room type, room rate, meal conditions, and the quantity of rooms.
  7. Click on the "Add" button.
  8. Click on the "Next" button.

  1. On the next page, fill in the guest's information. You can find the guest using the search filter or create a new one.
  2. Select the "Source" : Reception, OTA, Call, Email, Walk in, Others or Booking.com.
  3. If necessary, write a comment.
  4. Click on the "Next" button.

  1. Choose the room.
  2. Click on the "Confirm and book" button.
  3. Check information.

You can search for rooms not only by guest type, dates of stay, the number of adults/children but also by the filters "Room rate", "Meals", and "Cancellation policy".

The second way to add a booking (only via Front Desk)

  1. Go to "Front Desk".
  2. Click on the cell with the preferred date of arrival and drag the cursor to the preferred date of departure.

  1. In the new window, choose the guest type from the drop-down list (individual guest or company guest).
  2. In the calendar, select the booking period.
  3. Indicate the number of adults and children.
  4. Choose the age of children from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the "Search room" button.
  6. Choose the room type, room rate, meal conditions, and the number of rooms.
  7. Click on the "Add" button.
  8. Click on the "Next" button.
  9. On the next page, fill in the guest's information. You can find the guest using the search filter or create a new one.
  10. Select the "Source".
  11. If necessary, write a comment.
  12. Click on the "Next" button.
  13. Choose the room and check information.
  14. Click on the "Confirm and book" button.
