How to complete Self Check-out easily with HotelFriend Guest App
With the mobile app, guests of the accommodation can send a request not only for Self Check-in but also for Self Check-out.
Here is how a guest can send a request for self-checkout
In the HotelFriend Guest Concierge mobile app, the guest can log into the profile, go to the My Trips section, and click on the booking of interest.
To send a check-out request, on the booking page in the upper right corner, click on the “Self Check-out” button.
If the invoices for services are not paid, the system will display all invoices for payment. By clicking on the amount opposite the invoice, the app will display additional information on the invoice. To make a payment, the guest needs to click on the “Pay Now” button, select the type of payment, enter the data, and confirm the payment by clicking on the “Pay Now” button. The app will display information about successful payment as soon as the guest has paid the bills online.
Thus, by clicking on the “Self Check-out” button, the app instantly displays information about a successful Self Check-out request, if the guest has no unpaid orders.
In its turn, in the HotelFriend system, in the Notifications section, the hotelier sees a notification about the request for Self Check-out. To carry out the Check-out request of the guest, the hotelier needs to open the booking card by clicking on the notification or on the booking, check the booking information, and change the booking status to “Checked-out”.
