We’ve added a monthly rent feature to make long-term stays easier to manage. Now, instead of the usual daily rental model, hotels can offer stays on a monthly basis. This is perfect for properties that cater to business travelers, students, digital nomads, or anyone looking for an extended stay. You’ll find this new option in Direct Sales > Booking Engine.
How it works
Setting up monthly rentals is super simple with a new Rent Settings section in the Booking Engine. Here, a simple toggle switch controls everything:
● If the toggle is ON (“Per month”) → The new monthly rent mode is enabled.
● If the toggle is OFF (“Per day”) → The system keeps the standard daily rental model.
When monthly rent mode is turned on, there are only two steps left to complete:
1. Set check-in date options in the “Start Day” field– Choose specific dates when guests can check in or allow an "Anytime" option.
2. Set a Minimum Rent Duration – Require guests to stay at least one, two, or more months.
This way, guests will only select the right check-in dates and rental periods to stay in your property.

Guest booking experience
We’ve also updated the Booking Engine to support this feature. When guests search for a stay, they’ll see a monthly rent calendar that lets them:
● Pick a check-in date from the available options.
● Choose how long they want to stay (in months).
● The system will automatically calculate the end date, which will be one day before the next available check-in date.

The best part? The room search and booking process remains the same, so it’s a painless transition for your team and your guests.

Long-term stays are a growing trend, and this feature makes them easier to manage. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
