1. Creating multiple variations of available meal types

Meet a highly flexible meal configuration feature, empowering hoteliers to create and manage multiple variations of the same meal type effortlessly. With this feature, you can now create customized meal offerings like "Standard Breakfast" and "Vegetarian Breakfast," each with unique VAT rates, pricing, and article numbers. Additionally, this feature supports differentiated pricing for adults and children, giving you greater control over your meal offerings.

2. Sending emails with invoices for companies to guests

Streamlining your invoicing, we've enhanced the email functionality for guests receiving invoices for companies. Now, when generating an invoice for a company, the invoice modal includes a convenient checkbox option during the second step. By selecting "send email to the guest," you can ensure that the invoice will be delivered to both the company and the guest, provided their email is available in the system.

3. Charging Cancellation Fees via Adyen for quicker refunds

We understand the importance of swift refund processes. That's why we've added a feature allowing you to immediately charge cancellation fees through Adyen when canceling a reservation from the PMS. No more waiting for guests to receive and process invoices – you can now charge them instantly for cancellations with policies other than "Free," significantly expediting the refund process.

4. Minor fixes and visual improvements

  • ● Reduced Front-Desk load for large time frames, ensuring smoother operations.
  • ● Resolved issues with the Meals filter on the Charges page, enhancing accuracy.
