We are HOTELFRIEND! Our mission: hotel industry digitizing. In cooperation with hotels and hotel associations HOTELFRIEND develops one unique platform that digitizes all hotel-relevant processes. HOTELFRIEND is based on three components: hotel software, booking platform and concierge app.
Our software contains all applications that are essential for the hotel business. Hoteliers can use our HOTELFRIEND software to control and manage all the processes. The department administration is optimized and simplified with added analytics and review options.
The guests can book their holidays through our website HotelFriend.com or via our free HotelFriend app.
Here the hotels of our partners are presented on the individual, SEO-optimized pages including unique photos, bar and restaurant menus, internal and external services (such as: spa services, bike rental or child care). We design the hotel pages and provide the content with the assistance of our specialists.
The special feature is that the guests can plan their entire vacation in detail and book all possible services directly. What does the guest want to have for dinner and when should it be served? On what day would the guest like to have the hot-stone massage and when should the lending station provide the bicycle? Thanks to all the possibilities implemented in one software, the HotelFriend app becomes an indispensable personal Concierge during the guests’ stay at the hotel.
The customers can also book a last-minute hotel service. The hotels can create targeted promotions and thus increase the revenue per guest. The orders are placed via the "direct order" to the particular department and therefore can be processed faster.
All bookings and orders, whether through our website HotelFriend.com, our HotelFriend app or integrated Concierge will be securely stored on German cloud servers. With HotelFriend, all the processes become efficient and transparent. It saves money and time and gives the hotelier the opportunity to focus on something more important: the guests.
