Guest Facing v. 3.20.0: Encode Room Card module on the Kiosk and more customization options

Take a look at the latest release, which features expanded customization options for payment settings, unified order visibility across all platforms, and other enhancements to our guest-facing solutions.

What’s new for hoteliers?

1. Quicker check-ins with a separate Encode Room Card module on the Kiosk

The Encode Room Card feature has become a standalone module on our Kiosk. This intuitive enhancement streamlines the check-in experience by allowing guests to effortlessly locate and use the card encoding function. Just by entering their booking PIN, guests can quickly navigate to the door lock card encoding process, making their arrival more smooth and efficient.

2. Set different payment options for each Kiosk module

Our latest update empowers you with the ability to set custom payment options for each Kiosk module in our system. Now, you can offer payment methods such as, for example, Bank Transfer, Cash, and PayPal for your service orders, or limit payment options for bookings to Bank Transfer only.

3. Unified order visibility in a cart across platforms

We’ve enhanced order management by unifying the visibility of orders from all channels, such as the Booking Engine and Guest App, into a single cart. No matter where a guest places an order or pays for it, whether via the Kiosk, Booking Engine, or our App, everything is now shown consistently in their cart.

4. Customize guest information fields across the system

In the Guest Settings section (Settings > General > Guest Settings), you can now fully customize guest fields system-wide. Rename fields, mark them as required or optional, and control where they appear—whether on the Booking Engine, Guest App, or during the reservation process. This way, you can tailor guest information to your own requirements, enhancing operational efficiency.

5. Minor fixes and visual improvements

  • ● Improved scrolling consistency across the Booking Engine
  • ● Standard guest field name updates now reflected across translations
  • ● Privacy Policy links are adjusted for clarity in Guest Forms
  • ● "Gender," "Title," and "Country" fields are replaced with selectors in Fast Check-In

We value your feedback and are always eager to hear your ideas for making our product even better. If you have any suggestions or requests, please don’t hesitate to share them with us—we’re here to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional!
