This week, we’ve launched a new integration with Feratel to automate City Tax reporting and guest registration, revamped the Management Report layout for better readability, and addressed several minor issues to improve your user experience.

1. Introducing a new integration with Feratel

We're excited to announce a new integration with Feratel, a leader in innovative tourism solutions for hosts, communities, and tourism organizations. This integration aims to streamline and simplify the guest registration process.

Key features of the integration include:

Effortless City Tax reporting: Our new integration with Feratel's Electronic Reporting System automates the collection of guest information for City Tax reporting.

Visitor Registration Sheet Import: Seamlessly extract and transfer registration data from your system to your community's registration program. Every time a reservation status changes to “Check-in” (from Due-in, Confirmed, or Booking Offer), a registration form file is automatically created and sent to Feratel.

Green icons next to the booking number indicate that the registration form was successfully sent and received by Feratel. Red icons indicate that there are issues that need your attention.

Enhanced log management: We’ve added a dedicated page that displays all logs related to the Feratel integration. This provides greater transparency and easier tracking of registration activities.

Quick access to logs: A direct link to the logs page has been included in the Integration settings, ensuring easy and convenient access.

2. Enhanced layout for a Management Report

We’ve significantly improved the layout and scrolling of the Management Report by switching from a horizontal to a vertical orientation. This change enhances readability and makes it easier to navigate through the report.

Additionally, the PDF version of the report has been optimized to ensure that the new vertical layout is properly reflected, providing a consistent and user-friendly experience across both digital and printed formats.

3. Added a new filter for "Invoice tips" to improve invoicing efficiency in Charges

To further enhance invoicing efficiency, we have introduced a new filter for tips called "Invoice Tips." This filter complements the existing "Order Tips" filter and allows for more precise categorization and management of tips associated with invoices.

By using this new filter, users can streamline their invoicing process, ensuring that all tips are accurately accounted for and appropriately documented.

4. Minor fixes and improvements

  • ● Resolved the issue with incorrect VAT distribution when extending a booking with a custom price using a room rate with a different VAT rate.
  • ● Fixes for the Accounting Report (Sweden):
    a) Corrected calculation and display issues.
    b) Ensured the selected date range in the PDF report matches the online report.
  • ● Fixed the incorrect amount interpretation in the "Edit Order Item" modal.
