1. Streamline booking management with multi-source links
Introducing a new feature to help hotels seamlessly manage bookings from multiple distributors. Now, partners such as tour operators and businesses can generate unique links to your booking engine. This enhancement allows you to track the origin of each booking, providing valuable insights into distributor performance and helping you identify your top partnerships.
2. Enhanced meal tracking with the new Dashboard widget
The new Meals widget on the Dashboard offers an enhanced view of meal consumption at your hotel. This enhancement helps manage resources more efficiently by categorizing and displaying meal data for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in an improved layout.
3. Simplified invoicing and bulk actions for hotel Accounting
We’ve added a multi-select feature to make managing charges and invoices easier. You can now create invoices for multiple selected charges at once with a “Create Invoice” bulk action and perform various other bulk actions. Additionally, you have the opportunity to edit these invoices.
4. Enhanced reporting for better financial insights
In this release, we’ve also enhanced two key reports:
● Accounting Balance Report now includes revenue data from invoices for bookings across any time interval, offering more flexibility in financial analysis.
● History & Forecast Report has been improved in terms of the average rate value calculation for more accurate forecasting.
5. Quicker access to guest details
We’ve added direct links to guest information within the Guest Invoice Grid, Payments, and Sent Emails, making it easier to access guest details with a single click.
6. More accurate quota tracking for the Channel Manager
Resolved quota management issues when bookings are canceled after being moved to a different room type. Quotas are now accurately tracked not only during the creation of a booking but also during edits and cancellations.
7. Minor fixes and improvements
- ● Resolved a loading error when moving charges between accounts.
- ● Fixed the issue where guest names were not appearing in confirmation emails.
- ● Addressed the missing guest nationality flag image in profiles.
- ● Corrected the functionality of the "More+" button in portal filters.
- ● Fixed display issues in the Sales period calendar.
- ● Improved layout in the "Devices" selection field within the 'Edit Sales Channels' modal.
- ● Resolved an issue affecting the Sales restrictions calendar.
